Tim Kiser , AIA Regional Managing Director

Tim brings a rich history of experience and a passion for innovative design to his role as Regional Managing Director at Bernardon, a division of Core States Group. Tim’s journey began in 2005 when he first joined the firm, later taking a brief hiatus to pursue graduate studies at North Carolina State. In 2009, he returned to Bernardon, eager to contribute his newfound knowledge. Tim’s professional journey parallels the impressive growth of the company. Starting as a Designer, he has grown alongside the company, helping to shape its collective success. Now, Tim leads the Regional Practice Group, a newly formed team that expertly covers a wide range of the tri-state area.

With expertise in office, retail, and industrial spaces, Tim crafts designs that seamlessly blend the wow factor with proportion and rhythm. He firmly believes that the built environment has the power to inspire and invigorate its occupants, pushing clients to explore innovative possibilities beyond the ordinary.
