Neil has more than 40 years of experience in developing projects from the preliminary stages of site planning and conceptual design to the completion of construction. He takes pride in developing relationships with clients that are collaborative and fun, in the ultimate pursuit of creating beautiful places for families and businesses to live, work, and play. During the course of his professional career, Neil has developed expertise in the design of Multifamily, Retail, Corporate, Industrial/Warehousing, and Hospitality projects. Recent projects include the North American headquarters of Saint-Gobain in Malvern; multifamily developments AVE King of Prussia and AVE Blue Bell; Fairfield Place shopping center in Exton; and mixed-use development 44 West in the borough of West Chester, to name a few.
