As President of Bernardon, Neil is responsible for the overall management and growth of the firm, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2023. Neil has more than 40 years of experience in developing projects from the preliminary stages of site planning and conceptual design to the completion of construction. He takes pride in developing relationship with clients that are collaborative and fun, in the ultimate pursuit of creating beautiful places for families and businesses to live, work, and play.
During the course of his professional career, Neil has developed an expertise in the design of Multifamily, Retail, Corporate, Industrial/Warehousing, and Hospitality projects. Recent projects include the North American headquarters of Saint-Gobain in Malvern; multifamily developments AVE King of Prussia and AVE Blue Bell; Fairfield Place shopping center in Exton; and mixed-use development 44 West in the borough of West Chester, to name a few.
