Bernardon is pleased to welcome six new designers who have joined the team since the beginning of 2016: Archit Pathak, Laura Ireson, Nicholas Lally, David Schlecht, Myrna Villanueva, and Justin Gebhard.
Designer Archit Pathak recently received his Master of Science in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University. A registered architect in India, he also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from TCMOU University at India Vidyavardhan’s IDEA College. He has a special interest in designing spaces that respond to the world’s changing ecological challenges and needs.
Laura Ireson is a former Bernardon team member who has returned to the firm’s Interior Design studio. She is a Chester County resident with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Philadelphia University, and she has a unique expertise in the design of institutional facilities in the education and healthcare markets.
Designer Nicholas Lally, Assoc. AIA recently received his Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Originally a New Jersey native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Temple University. He is a certified LEED Green Associate by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with a special interest in sustainable design.
Architect David Schlecht, AIA, is a registered architect with over 13 years of experience designing projects nationwide, including many in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. He has a special expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Senior Designer Myrna Villanueva, Assoc. AIA has over 17 years of experience in architectural design for the healthcare, hospitality, retail, and transportation industries. She holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Philadelphia University, as well as Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines.
Architect Justin Gebhard, AIA, is a Philadelphia resident with over 15 years of experience in commercial, institutional, and residential design projects. He is certified by the Green Building Certification Institute as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) and he holds a Bachelor of Architectural degree from Rhode Island School of Design.
