Event: IFMA Delaware Chapter Meeting

William Holloway, AIA LEED AP, Principal and Director of Marketing and Business Development at Bernardon, will present at an upcoming program hosted by the Delaware Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) representing the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Building Sciences.

The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) is an independent non-profit, non-governmental organization that supports advances in building sciences and technology.  As a member of the Board, Bill will share the objectives and goals of NIBS and discuss how its members serve the public interest by advancing building science and technology to improve the built environment.

The NIBS Board of Directors is comprised of 21 members. The President of the United States, with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoints six members to represent the public interest. The remaining 15 members are elected from the nation’s building community.  Bill was nominated by President Joe Biden in June 2021 and subsequently confirmed by the Senate in August 2021.
