Construction is almost complete for Narberth’s newest multifamily development. The Elm is a four-story development that will include 56 apartments and various amenity spaces including a fitness center, outdoor seating, and a dining space for events. In addition to providing a short commute to Center City and University City, The Elm’s design will blend beautifully with the town of Narberth.
