But to deliver the visionary new head- quarters building Saint-Gobain and its North American subsidiary CertainTeed Corp. desired, the project team would have to solve a challenge.

This project is a collaboration between Bernardon and Tsionas Management, Inc., a prominent developer in New Castle County.
