Beebe to anchor medical pavillion in Milton

Bernardon is providing design services for a two-building complex developed by PhoenixRHCS Holdings. Beebe Healthcare will be the lead tenant in Building One. 

PhoenixRHCS Holdings announced the new Jerry Ann McLamb Medical Pavilion in Milton. The two-building pavilion in Sussex County will be anchored by Beebe Healthcare.

Rick Schaffer, Acting Interim CEO of Beebe Healthcare, stated: “Beebe will be establishing a coordinated Milton campus where we will be providing pry care, walk-in care, Beebe Medical Group specialists’ outreach, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services and rehabilitation services. We are well aware of Phoenix’s long-standing family ties to the Milton and Beebe Healthcare community and we are excited to be partnering with them.”

Phoenix’s CFO Chris Selzer,said, “We are extremely pleased with Milton and look forward to bringing high quality healthcare and jobs to the town. We are honored to be working with our friends at Beebe Healthcare and we welcome and value Beebe’s significant commitment to the Milton community.”

McLamb was a lifelong resident of Milton and a graduate of the Beebe School of Nursing. Jerry Ann worked for over 50 years as a registered nurse, mainly with Beebe. She was the mother in law of Phoenix CFO Chris Selzer.
