Bernardon Haber Holloway has a formal Quality Assurance Program directed by Richard Meinzer, AIA, CSI, Director of Quality Assurance and an Associate with the firm. Mr. Meinzer is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Philadelphia Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), a group dedicated to the advancement of construction technology. Mr. Meinzer's involvement with the CSI includes participation as a Board Member, Chapter Secretary and former Chair of the Certification Committee.

The goal of the Quality Assurance Program is to achieve error-free construction documents. It is designed to build high quality into the design and documentation process and lessen the reliance on last-minute error detection.
