Principal |
Art is the founding principal of the firm. He
received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University
of Arizona and is registered to practice architecture in the
states of Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina,
New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Since starting the firm in 1973, he has accumulated an extensive
background in the design of a wide range of project types with
a special emphasis on land planning and the design of corporate,
senior living and government/ municipal facilities. He has participated
in numerous speaking engagements at conferences and expositions
sponsored by nationally recognized senior living organizations.
He also has seven years experience in real estate sales, with
continued service in development, leasing and management. This
experience coupled with his knowledge of zoning issues, site
analysis and land planning has assisted numerous clients with
site selection, acquisition and the development process.
Art is active in many professional and community service organizations including the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley, Chester County Economic Development Council and the Peoples Bank
of Oxford, to name a few.
