Project Architect - Philadelphia:

Our team currently has an opening in our Philadelphia office for a Project Architect (minimum 10 years of experience) who will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including working jointly with Design Principals relative to the internal and external tasks of managing, executing, and coordinating architectural projects as well as preparing design and construction documents, and managing/coordinating construction administration services. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a broad base of experience in all aspects of design, documentation, and construction administration. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and architectural licensure is required. An advanced command of Revit is essential. Intern Architect:

Our team is currently seeking a creative and passionate intern architect (2-6 years of experience) to join our team in Philadelphia. Individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including generating design concepts, preparing architectural plans and renderings, and observing/surveying architectural features of structures in the field. Ideal candidates will have a tenacious and energetic spirit, as well as a professional degree in architecture; excellent design, digital modeling and rendering abilities; and an advanced command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Photoshop and PowerPoint. Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, and wood frame construction design expertise is a plus.

Senior Living Design Architect:

Our team is currently seeking a creative and passionate Senior Living Design Architect who will provide manager-level direction for the development of the firm’s senior living practice. This person will be responsible for providing practice leadership through skills in project design/delivery, business development, staff development, and building and strengthening client relationships. Ideal candidates will have more than 10 years of senior living design experience with at least two years in a leadership/management role. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and architectural licensure is required.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a broad base of experience in all aspects of design, documentation, and construction administration. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and architectural licensure is required. An advanced command of Revit is essential. Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, healthcare, and/or higher education design expertise is a plus.

Architect/Designer:

Our team currently has multiple openings for a seasoned architect/designer (minimum 5 years of experience) who will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including working jointly with Design Principals relative to the internal task of organizing, executing, and coordinating project assignments as well as preparing design and construction documents, and coordinating construction administration services. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a broad base of experience in all aspects of design and construction administration. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and current pursuit of architectural licensure is required. An advanced command of Revit is essential. Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, healthcare, and/or higher education design expertise is a plus.

Interior Designer:

Our team is currently seeking a creative and passionate Interior Designer (minimum 5 years of experience). Responsibilities will include a variety of tasks including independently managing interior design projects through all aspects of the design process; developing and meeting project schedules and budgets; and maintaining client interaction and client satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include supervision of junior designers. Ideal candidates will be self-directed individuals with excellent communication skills who are proficient in the development of interior architectural design concepts; researching, selecting, and specifying furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories; and documentation of architectural technical drawings and design details. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required.
