Project Architect - Philadelphia:

Our team currently has an opening in our Philadelphia office for a Project Architect (minimum 10 years of experience) who will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including working jointly with Design Principals relative to the internal and external tasks of managing, executing, and coordinating architectural projects as well as preparing design and construction documents, and managing/coordinating construction administration services. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a broad base of experience in all aspects of design, documentation, and construction administration. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and architectural licensure is required. An advanced command of Revit is essential. Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, and wood frame construction design expertise is a must.

Interior Designer - Wilmington:

Our team currently has an opening in our Wilmington office for an Interior Designer (0 to 6 years of experience) with experience in corporate and healthcare design. Individuals will be performing a variety of tasks, including the development of program documents and space planning concepts; researching, selecting, and specifying furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories; and documentation of technical drawings and design details. Design Professionals shall possess a degree in interior design from a CIDA-accredited program and possess an advanced command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

Intern Architect - Philadelphia, West Chester, Wilmington:

Our team is currently seeking a creative and passionate intern architect (2-6 years of experience) to join our team in Philadelphia, West Chester, or Wilmington. Individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including generating design concepts, preparing architectural plans and renderings, and observing/surveying architectural features of structures in the field. Ideal candidates will have a tenacious and energetic spirit, as well as a professional degree in architecture; excellent design, digital modeling and rendering abilities; and an advanced command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Photoshop and PowerPoint. Senior Living Design Architect - West Chester:

Our team is currently seeking a creative and passionate Senior Living Design Architect who will provide manager-level direction for the development of the firm’s senior living practice. This person will be responsible for providing practice leadership through skills in project design/delivery, business development, staff development, and building and strengthening client relationships. Ideal candidates will have more than 10 years of senior living design experience with at least two years in a leadership/management role. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M.
